Conditions for complaints and returns:
If you wish to return the goods received for a refund, please note that we will accept a refund returned within 14 business days of receiving your order.Please check that the goods are in original condition, with all markings, labels, including the order number on the copy of the invoice. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
We recommend that you send your package by registered mail and keep proof that you sent it. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit. SISTERS CODE DOO reserves the right not to refund if you do not comply with these rules. The package you are returning should contain a list of the goods you are returning.
In addition, send us an email and a list of purchased items you want to return and the order number. You will receive a confirmation email and your payment will be transferred as soon as possible.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and processing of the returned goods, the refund you paid for the goods will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed. It may take 3-5 business days for funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank.
Delivery expenses:
Shipping costs incurred in connection with the return of goods cannot be reimbursed.

Damaged goods:
